Q: How do I send you my recording?
A: If it is digital, you can provide a link and
we'll download it; or we can discuss other options. We are able
to process your transcripts a lot faster if we download them than if we
have to receive the file(s) by postal service. If, however, it is
more convenient for you to send actual CDs/DVDs, then feel free to do
so.
Q: What
types of digital files do you accept?
A: Besides actual CDs and DVDs, we can transcribe
from most formats and recorders, including but not limited to: .wav, .mp3, .aud, .vox, .wma, .dss, .sri,
etc.
Q: If I have a CD of a
seminar I attended, will you transcribe it for me?
A: We
will transcribe the CD for you with pleasure as long as you have all
the rights to it. In other words, if you put on the seminar or if
you purchased all rights to the recordings and their forms, then we
will be happy to provide you with a transcription. When sending
CDs or recordings that were not originally recorded or sponsored by
you, please furnish us with either proof of ownership of rights or the
written permission from the owner. Unfortunately we can't
transcribe the CD if you do not own the rights or have permission to
have it transcribed. Please understand that this is a measure we
take to safeguard your interests as marketers.
